i have short blonde hair and blue eyes i usually wear dark makeup. very dark. i wanna still look unique and stand out but dont want to do it in such a dark dramatic way. any suggestions?

I rarely wear black, and sometimes will use charcoal; but am preferring the brown now. It really makes blue eyes stand out. Dark brown mascara is put on last.
