i bleached my hair then dyed it blue. but instead of it coming out blue it came out green. and it sort of looks like it is fading. should i dye it blue or should i leave it green?

it came out green because yellow+blue = green but it depends on if you like the green if is a nice green keep it for a while. If it looks like its fading just put the blue on top again depending onwhat your using you might have to put it ontwice!! good luck !!

you most likely didn't get your hair light enough. it was probably still really yellow when you took the bleach off. and as the previous poster pointed out, yellow + blue = green. you can try a darker blue, which will at least get you a darker aqua color. try leaving the semi-permanent blue on longer (as a rule, the longer you leave "funky" colors on, the better they take, and the better they last). i always recommend raw or special effects from hot topic http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/store/p...
they claim to be demi-permanent, but a demi is oxidative (must be mixed with a low volume developer), and these are applied straight from the bottle. i liken them to a hair stain, as that's what they do, stain the hair. they last a long time in my experience, longer than any other product i've seen.
