Eye shadow to wear with a black/royal blue outfit?

I want to make my eyes really pop for new years.

I have dark low lights and highlights in my hair, medium skintone, and blue-green-grey eyes.[ with gold around my pupil.]

I usually stick to natural bronze/gold/champagne/greens... I love how they make my eyes look. But I'm not sure itll go with my outfit.

My outfit is black, dark grey, and royal blue accents. Do you have any good eye make up ideas that would look good with those colors? Something fun, shimmery, and makes my eyes pop sounds good.

Suggestions?? :]

Go with black eyeshadow in the crease of your eye a dark grey for your eyelid and a silver or white highlite just below the arch in your eyebrow

Try a dark blue or royal blue eyeliner, with either silver or gold highlighter at the brow bone and the inside corners of your eyes. Use a dark grey or smoky grey in the crease of the eye to give it depth.

Lots of black mascara, and a deep ruby or scarlet lipstick.

Go bold, go big.

Bronze/gold/champagnes would look pretty. Neutral natural colors are always good.

Primary colors do NOT belong on the human face. It looks clown-like and you'll regret it in later years. Just like Paula Begoun said (before she sold out and lost all credibility) - Blue eyeshadow should be illegal!

Go for the smoky eyes, but use a natural looking eye shadow. Your champagne colored shadow would look good. Or a silvery shadow if you don't use too much. Just to add some shimmer.

You have three options:

a) Choose one of the accent colours of your outfit!

b) Do gold eyeshadow with navy eyeliner.

c) Do the smokey eye with greys and purples!

I'd suggest some lengthening mascara with either shimmery or smokey eyeliner. Put some purplish-blue shimmer on the upper inner corners of your eyes (to make them stand out and look more open) and above the crease, using a darker shade for your lids and outer corners.

Keep in mind this will bring the green out in your eyes.

why not go for blue and white shadow, with blue eyeliner and a good coating of mascara? use a white sparkly shadow for the base of lid, then dust blue shadow on top, then use blue liner on bottom lids, and then finish off with mascara :)

i know u might think to much blue, but it works perfect for me :) try it. xxx all the best for 08'

Skip the eye shadow and line boldly with charcoal grey liner or step it up with dark blue. Lots of mascara.

I think you should go for the Jemma Kidd Midnight Blue look, it would go amazingly with your outfit and skin. If you go to the website below you can download a pdf with instructions on how to recreate the look!
