Go to a beauty supply store, and the best (BY FAR) for outrageous colors would be MANIC PANIC. Don't use the colors from Hot Topic, they are harsh on your hair and the color isn't vibrant. Also, if you have dark hair you should bleach your hair first before putting on your desired color.. If you have thin hair or already damaged hair (non-virgin) then I'd wait a day or two between the colorings! Goodluck and make sure you read the directions!

Go to Sallys or another beauty supply store and buy some blue or purple hair dye. Its generally pretty cheap. You might want to try a temporary one before you go permanent. The choice is up to you, though!

Sally Beauty Supply has manic panic and the other brands. Be aware that to use this, your hair has to be very light, so if you don't have blonde hair, you'll have to bleach. You can also get a bleaching kit from Sally's. Good luck.

Don't use Manic Panic... I mean, use it if you want, but only if your hair is super blonde to start with.
