I am 14 and i want to dye my hair dark red and blue highlight but mum wont let me :( my mum has dyed her hair red before and i said if she done it i should be able to but she said no any ideas and shall i go for it any one that just done it with out there mum know tell me ho it went and any way i can get my mum to see i really want to do it

maybe start with a more low-key dye job. the red and blue might be a little much for her. try a more natural color first, or maybe the red and blue in the underneath part of your hair where it can't be seen all the time.

i know that's not what you want, but if she says yes to those, then she'll probably eventually work up to letting you dye the highlights you want.

definitely don't just go do it yourself, she'll just get mad at you. it's not worth it.

Listen to your Mom. You need to learn some punctuation before your post a question on here. Do you know what a comma and period are? Blue and red hair is not attractive on anyone. Why would you want to do that to yourself?

I know it is hard to understand why you cannot do something when adults are doing it. When you get to be a mom you will understand the reasons your mom says certain things are off limits. For now do what she asks and as you grow in respecting her you will find there will less rules and less can'ts.

Hope you will listen to your mom and not rebel.
